The levels were low but still good to paddle as can be seen by the times. A slightly modified course saw the paddlers avoiding the grassy areas. Not any lower pleeeease.!! The WCCU K2 Champs at Peninsula Club made for a couple of absentees. Quite a mission getting to PCC in peak hour traffic. No wonder Cape Town is rated the most traffic congested city in SA and also rated quite high globally.
